Once the order has been placed, it will be acknowledged by an email confirming the purchase. Please, make sure to check that all the order details are correct.
All our products are handcrafted by demand except the once we call “object as treasure” included in our limited-edition pieces. All of them take between 15 to 30 working days of manufacture from the day we receive the receipt of payment. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Depending on the country in which you reside there may be a duty fee on the value, APU’A is not responsible for the payment of this duty fee.
*Due to the COVID-19 situation, shipments could suffer small variations in their deliveries.
As we make almost all of our pieces by order, we don’t offer refunds for all purchases, so please make your selection carefully. If you have any questions, just contact us at info@estudioapua.com
All “object as treasure” furniture can be return and will be refund. On the other hand, all other products are made by demand so you can exchange them for other products with the same price or higher and the difference will be charge.
To return your product, you must send an e-mail to info@estudioapua.com with the next:
Order number – Model – Purchase date – Customer details
You should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@estudioapua.com and send your item to: C/ Editor Cabrerizo 3, 1º, 2. 46001 – Valencia, Spain.
Every effort has been made to reflect product colors on our website as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as differences in screen and device settings, we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your screen or device will accurately reflect the true color of the product exactly as the displayed product, website or catalogue image. Many of our products are made from scrap materials or up cycled objects, that’s why imperfections will be part of them.
Wood, metals, and natural materials may have variations in the color, grain and texture over which APU’A has no control and cannot guarantee that the products you receive will be exactly the same.
If you purchase the same Products under separate orders, we cannot guarantee that the Products supplied will be from the same suppliers or materials batch and therefore may not be an exactly the same.
All images, descriptions, drawings, specifications and advertising are for the sole use of APU’A not to be used or copied unless authorised.
APU’A has the intellectual and industrial property rights to manufacture and sell the products shown on this website and holds the exclusive manufacturing and distribution rights worldwide. Copying will be prosecuted.
